Shipping methods and times
Kids around ships to the continental United States (48 states). You will receive your delivery within 3 to 4 business days of confirming your order.
Kids around provides free shipping on orders from $200.
For orders under this amount, a shipping fee of $15 for home deliveries will be charged.
Processing your order
Once you have confirmed payment, your order will be sent to our logistics department, which will then carefully prepare your order for safe shipping.
If you choose the "Gift Wrap" option, your items will be wrapped in crepe paper and shipped in an elegant box decorated in the Kids around colors, along with your message printed on an attractive card.
Your order will be delivered shortly after confirmation to FedEx, and you will immediately receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will indicate the products being shipped, as well as your package's tracking number so that you can track your delivery at https://www.fedex.com/en-us/tracking.html
Kids around will cover any applicable customs duties. These may apply to orders over $800. If you are contacted by FedEx or U.S. Customs and Border Protection about customs duties on your order, please reach out to our Customer Service team at email@example.com for assistance.
In order to obtain a refund on a returned item, you must submit a request to return your article as well as ship the article back to us within 30 business days of order shipment confirmation. Any return request or shipment made after the 30 day period will not be refunded.
The article must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and accompanied by any accessories (tags, bag, extra gift, box, etc.).
All personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
To request a return, you must first initiate the process through your customer account. Please note that you will need to print both a) A returns form from your customer account as well as b) A shipping label from FedEx, the cost of which will be at your expense (except in instances of Kids around error).
To initiate a return:
- Sign into your account
- In the "My Account/My Returns" section, select the order and then the items you wish to return and click "Request return"
- Print the return form.
- Place the product(s) and return form in a box.
- Print a label from a carrier of your choice, and then affix the label on the package and drop off at a nearby post office. Below is the return address:

You will be refunded the product price (minus all shipping costs) within 15 days of receipt of the returned product, should it meet the aforementioned packing requirements.
Please note that processing times may be longer for any returns that do not follow the indicated procedure.
We are currently unable to offer item exchanges. As a result, we advise that you return any products that do not meet your requirements and place another order for your preferred product.
Please note that products purchased at another retailer may not be returned via our online shop.
If you wish to make an exchange on a product you have purchased, you must first initiate a return through your account on our website, and then place a new order for the desired product.
The process is much like the return process (listed above). The returned article must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and accompanied by any accessories (tags, bag, extra gift, box, etc.).
Once the returned article arrives and is processed by our team, we will refund you for the price of the product (minus shipping costs) and will ship out your new purchase (with free shipping).
