Unfortunately we are unable to accept cancellation requests, once an order is placed it is immediately processed for shipping. 
Kids around provides free shipping on orders over $150. For orders under this amount, a shipping fee of $15 will be charged. 
Please be aware you may be asked to provide your Social Security Number for US Customs purposes; this is typically for orders over $500.
In order to obtain a refund on a returned item, you must make a request to return via your account as well as ship the article back to us within 30 days of the delivery date.
